Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Executive to manage end-to-end domestic flight bookings. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with B2B portals such as TripJack and TBO along with airline-specific ticketing knowledge especially IndiGo and other domestic carriers.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle complete domestic flight bookings using B2B portals such as TripJack and TBO (Travel Boutique Online).
Perform airline-specific tasks including ticket issuance reissuance cancellations and refunds.
Manage PNR creation fare rule checks seat selection baggage addition SSRs and accurate ticket issuance within defined timelines.
Ensure strict compliance with airline fare rules ticketing procedures and refund policies.
Coordinate with airline helpdesks and B2B portal support teams to resolve booking and post-ticketing issues.
Handle schedule changes airline disruptions involuntary cancellations and passenger re-accommodation.
Maintain accurate booking records invoices and MIS reports as per company standards.
Support sales and operations teams by suggesting the best fare options routings and travel solutions.
Handle customer queries and escalations professionally and efficiently.
Adhere to company SOPs turnaround time (TAT) and service quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in international flight bookings including fare rules ticketing time limits and basic visa knowledge.
Exposure to multiple airline booking systems or GDS in addition to IndiGo.
Experience handling group bookings corporate travel and special fare categories.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of domestic airline operations and fare structures.
Hands-on expertise with TripJack TBO and airline booking portals.
High attention to detail with strong accuracy and time management skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to independently manage high-volume bookings under tight deadlines.
