Role Overview:

This opportunity involves Agile Delivery Leadership Scrum Master responsibilities and IT Project Management support aligned to governance risk and compliance (GRC) initiatives. You will guide agile teams streamline delivery remove blockers and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sprint and project activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesAgile Delivery & Scrum Leadership:

• Conduct and facilitate agile ceremonies: daily standups sprint planning retrospectives and reviews.
• Promote team collaboration communication and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting sprint delivery.
• Work with stakeholders to prioritize product backlog and align on sprint goals.
• Support the team in analysis design development testing and ensuring adoption of best practices.
• Encourage DevSecOps and automation practices for better productivity and quality.
• Track delivery metrics including velocity productivity quality and timelines.
• Coach team members on agile/lean methodologies to enhance maturity and performance.
• Provide process-level or technical insights to challenge estimates or identify delivery risks.

IT Project Management GRC Support:

• Assist in planning tracking and coordinating GRC and compliance-oriented project activities.
• Work closely with teams across IT Product QA Security and Compliance.
• Support implementation or maintenance of GRC tools (Archer ServiceNow GRC etc.).
• Contribute to compliance documentation risk tracking reporting and audits.
• Maintain project dashboards progress reports and stakeholder updates.
• Support continuous improvement automation and workflow optimization.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6 9 years of experience in Agile Delivery Scrum Master role or IT Project Coordination.
• Strong understanding of Agile practices Lean methodologies and software development processes.
• Hands-on experience conducting agile ceremonies and improving team performance.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of GRC concepts or compliance workflows (preferred).
• Experience with tools such as Jira MS Project Confluence or any GRC platforms.
• Strong communication stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Preferred Certifications: CSM PSM or equivalent Agile/Scrum certification.
