Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will partner with business leaders to manage end-to-end hiring across roles aligning talent acquisition efforts with organizational needs. You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand workforce requirements build robust talent pipelines and support business growth. The role requires hands-on recruitment expertise strong stakeholder management and effective execution in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders to manage end-to-end talent acquisition across roles.
- Drive workforce planning hiring strategy and recruitment execution aligned with business priorities.
- Build and sustain strong talent pipelines using diverse sourcing channels.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers providing market insights and supporting informed hiring decisions.
- Ensure timely hiring high-quality talent acquisition and a positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing screening and offer management.
- Strong understanding of hiring processes talent market dynamics and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication coordination and execution skills.
