Job Summary:
North Point CDJR in Winston-Salem NC is hiring a driven Sales Consultant to build lasting customer relationships and drive this full-time commission-based role youll showcase our diverse lineup and deliver top-notch buying experiences.
Compensation & Benefits:
Earn up to $100000 per year with a high-performance commission structure that rewards success! We also offer health insurance 401(k) paid time off and even free college tuition through Strayer University.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong customer relationships for a WORLD CLASS buying experience
- Drive sales of new and pre-owned vehicles meeting and exceeding targets
- Stay on top of product knowledge and industry trends in order to meet CDJR Certification Standards
- Guide customers through vehicle presentations and test drives
- Present financing and trade-in options clearly to customers
- Follow up with customers fostering long-term connections
- Collaborate with the team and engage with clients using our CRM tools
What Youll Bring:
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Proven sales experience ideally in automotive
- Strong communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Valid drivers license with a clean record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
