Job Summary
This is a remote position.
As a Remote Vacation Consultant youll oversee the details of client trips from start to finish. Your organizational skills ensure smooth hassle-free travel for every client.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate transportation lodging tours and dining reservations
Manage travel documents and itinerary details
Handle schedule changes and emergencies
Communicate with clients before during and after travel
Work with vendors to secure the best rates and experiences
Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Customer service or administrative background
Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently and remotely
Ability to stay calm under pressure
