Compensation:Up to $110000 base uncapped performance bonus.

Caliber Auto Glass is seeking an entrepreneurial General Manager to lead our Sacramento market and help expand into bordering markets. This role is ideal for a growth-minded leader who wants to build influence strategy and scale a business. Youll oversee operations teammate development client metrics production and administration while partnering with senior leadership on market expansion.

Partner with leadership on market expansion staffing and production planning
Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Requirements:
- 3 Auto Glass Experience
3 years management experience in automotive or mobile service operations
Strong operational and financial expertise
Valid drivers license and insurable
Pass pre-employment screenings (background & MVR)
Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of estimates repair scanning and OEM procedures
Leadership communication and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. bend kneel and reach
