Job Summary

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a polished and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to serve as a key point of contact between the company and its clients. This role focuses on relationship management client satisfaction and ensuring seamless communication while supporting business objectives. The ideal candidate is proactive organized and committed to delivering a high standard of service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts

  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships

  • Understand client needs and provide timely accurate support

  • Coordinate internally to ensure client expectations are met

  • Maintain organized records and account documentation

  • Assist with onboarding follow-ups and ongoing account support

  • Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience
