Location:CLARKS SUMMIT
Schedule:FULL TIME DAYS AND EVENINGS
Pay:$28-32/HR

Traditional Home Health Care is seeking compassionate ADULTPrivate Duty Nurses (LPNs and RNs)to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to patientsin the comfort and safety of their homes. What Youll Do

Provide individualized one-on-one care to adult patients
Follow and document the patients plan of care
Administer medications treatments and therapies
Perform routine assessments and monitor changes in condition
Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and healthcare team
Educate and support families in caring for their loved ones.

What You Need

Active PA LPN or RN license
Current CPR certification
Experience a plus (but not required we train!)
