Housekeeping Supervisor

As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will be responsible for leading and supervising the housekeeping team maintaining high cleanliness standards and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Assistant Housekeeping Manager in the daily checking of rooms and designated team member areas to maintain standards
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotels cleanliness and maintenance standards
• Handle guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping services
• Ensure the efficient use of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you will:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in housekeeping preferably in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation process and standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills in a multicultural environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays
• Knowledge of hotel-specific cleaning procedures and safety protocol is a plus
