Job Summary
The role
In this role you will create memorable experiences for our guests through:
- Exceptional food & beverage service with all interactions.
- Maximise sales opportunities by upselling items
- Assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences as well as provide suitable assistance when recommending beverages.
- Working collaboratively with the existing team of superstars
Qualifications :
What we are looking for
If our role interests you and you are able to demonstrate the following:
- Relevant experience in a similar role & environment.
- Strong knowledge of wine spirits & mixed drinks is essential
- Dynamic personality to connect with our guests
- Initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and efficient
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts including early mornings late evenings and on weekends.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
