Responsibilities Include:

• Understands the client requirements for the sectors supported working with our workforce management teams to ensure forecasting and planning meets with client demands and our strategy/approach to customer experience and the design and process improvement activity which underpins this supports the strategic direction of the client
• Attend service reviews with the clients
• Works with the MI teams to provide qualitive data insights for our clients
  Continuously review processes and ensures the implementation of operational best practice

Skills Knowledge and Experience

• DB Pensions Consulting experience
• Experience in a client relationship or account management role
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely including complex technical requirements
• Excellent people management skills ability to mentor and coach a team
• Establish monitor and feedback standards of performance and behaviour to meet client requirements
• Meticulous about presentation you will ensure that the communication to clients is of the highest quality both in terms of detail and accuracy
• Ability to develop and manage your team to their full potential
