Day-to-Day as aMarketing & Business Development Intern:

Support SEO AEO and GEO optimization initiatives for the firm website and advisor pages.
Maintain and update online firm and advisor directories.
Assist with social media profile hygiene for advisors (LinkedIn Google Business etc.).
Help coordinate digital location and local SEO projects.
Contribute to sales enablement and follow-up workflows in Salesforce.
Track engagement metrics for digital marketing campaigns.
Provide research and coordination support for awards rankings and listings (ARL).
Assist in advisor marketing projects and presentation preparation.

What You Bring as aMarketing & Business Development Intern:

Pursuing a degree in Marketing Business or Communications with an expected graduation date in the Spring of 2027
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Interest in SEO digital advertising and CRM systems.
Eagerness to learn and collaborate with cross-functional marketing and business development teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a basic understanding of digital platforms (HubSpot Canva or Salesforce experience a plus).

Job Type: Part-time salaried exempt

Location: This position is based out of our office in Houston. This is an in-office position only. 12-15-month internship throughout Senior year.

Salary: $22/ hour
