What Youll Be Doing:
- Greet customers as they arrive and ensure they feel welcomed at Homer Skelton Hyundai
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with basic questions and direct them to the appropriate department
- Maintain a clean organized front desk and lobby area
- Provide light administrative support to sales and service teams as needed
- Represent the Homer Skelton Hyundai brand with professionalism and positive attitude.
What Were Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly personality with a professional appearance
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Basic computer and phone system skills
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must
- Must have a clean driving record
- Background and drug screening will be required
