Job Summary
Homer Skelton Hyundai is looking for a friendly dependable PM Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dealership during evening hours. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people staying organized and being part of a team that values customer service and community.
Schedule:
Monday Friday: 4:00 PM 8:00 PM
Saturday: 1:00 PM 7:00 PM (required)
What Youll Be Doing:
- Greet customers as they arrive and ensure they feel welcomed at Homer Skelton Hyundai
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with basic questions and direct them to the appropriate department
- Maintain a clean organized front desk and lobby area
- Provide light administrative support to sales and service teams as needed
- Represent the Homer Skelton Hyundai brand with professionalism and positive attitude.
What Were Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly personality with a professional appearance
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Basic computer and phone system skills
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must
- Must have a clean driving record
- Background and drug screening will be required
