Scheduled Weekly Hours:

Registered Nurse (RN) Physical Medicine & Rehab Clinic

Location:East Building 3rd Floor La Crosse WI
Schedule:Monday -Friday 8-hour day shifts between 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (typically 7:30AM - 4:00 PM) No evenings weekends holidays or on-call
FTE:0.9 (72 hours per two weeks)

What Youll Do

Assist providers with Botox and ultrasound-guided injections
Manage intrathecal pump refills pain agreements and urine drug screens
Support patients with traumatic brain injuries (TBI)and complex care needs
Perform phone triageand EPIC in-basket management
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced clinic setting

What You Need

Must Have:
- Associate Degree in Nursing(minimum)
- Active RN licensein Wisconsin
- BLS certification
Preferred:
- Minimum 1 year RN experience
- Strong communication flexibility and ability to multitask
- Resilience and calm demeanor
