Responsibilities
Monitor systems and equipment including power supply environmental control signaling and permanent way systems
Perform incident handling and fault recovery in collaboration with various stakeholders to minimize the impact on train services and operations concerning the Infrastructure Engineering Control Centre (IECC) for all lines (including HSR)
Maintain and centralize the fault reporting history with system monitoring facilities to review possible improvements to the Fault Recovery Guidelines regarding system monitoring fault recovery and communication with stakeholders
Manage and supervise maintenance and engineering activities related to the IECC and Power and Environmental System Controller (PESC) consoles and central equipment rooms to ensure a high level of train service reliability
Provide technical support and professional advice on engineering projects related to the existing railway and new extensions/railway lines concerning IECC aspects
Support development in the Integrated Engineering Centre (iEC) including software development and hardware installation
Develop solutions to streamline information sourcing centralization extraction report generation and daily task automation to enhance train service recovery and reporting efficiency
Requirements
Degree in Electronic / Electrical / Computer Engineering / Computer Science or relevant Engineering discipline
A minimum of 4 years relevant experience of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
Sound technical knowledge and experience in the capacity of control operation maintenance or project management for at least one of the disciplines of signaling telecommunication power and environmental systems
Proactive attitude strong communication and problem-solving skills
Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution is preferred
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification and AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or above is preferred
Remarks
