Job Summary

Overview

Acting as a strategic partner the TalentAcquisitionSpecialist is responsible for full cycle recruitment activities from talent attraction through to hire ensuring a high touch candidate and hiring manager experience.

In this global role the Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide recruitment advice consultative support and decision-making insights while helping to drive Talent Acquisition strategies programs and projects across AppLogic Networks.

This role will lead to recruiting activities for technical talent for the Asia Pacific Region as well as support the team where needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting from role design through candidate close with a strong focus on software engineering and niche technical hires.
  • Partner with hiring managers and executives to define requirements calibrate on market talent and drive structured data-informed recruiting processes.
  • Design and execute creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels - including outbound campaigns networks events and partnerships to identify and engage top talent.
  • Champion candidate experience ensuring the process is transparent efficient and engaging from first touchpoint to offer acceptance.
  • Leverage data to keep abreast of potential issues trends and to assist in driving strategy.
  • Source build and nurturea network of contacts and a pipeline of talent to facilitate timely solutions to future resourcing requests.
  • Lead and drive various talent acquisition projects programs and events with a strong focus on process optimization and enablement.
  • Align Talent Acquisition strategy to business needs and actively participate in the development of a global recruitment strategy.
  • Work collaboratively across our PnC Team
  • Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS and provide actionable reporting and insights to leadership
  • Serve as a mentor acting as a subject matter expert on all recruiting related activities to members of the team

Qualifications

Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within high-tech fast-paced demanding global environment.
  • Strong expertise in technical recruiting with proven experience hiring within a software organization across a variety of technical roles which may include R&D pre-and-post sales technical roles across the APAC region.
  • GTM recruiting experience would be highly beneficial.
  • Experience successfully recruiting for senior niche talent in emerging and highly competitive markets
  • Experience with building effective relationships with diverse teams candidates clients and Hiring Managers with an ability to communicate effectively with candidates and business leaders at all levels
  • Experience setting benchmarks metrics and meeting SLAs.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Expert candidate sourcing skills and ability to demonstrate creative sourcing techniques such as social media networking events job postings and LinkedIn and an ability to adapt based on regional norms and expectations.
  • Ability to build strategic business partnerships dive deep into understanding the business units they will support and connect and translate business strategy into talent acquisition strategy (this is not a behind the scenes role).
  • Ability to demonstrate that you see recruitment beyond the transactions and understand the importance of talent brand to a successful global talent acquisition strategy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with appropriate sense of urgency meet deadlines and deliver against a timeline to meet organization needs.
  • High level of initiative and excited by the idea of building new programs and processes and improving existing ones.
  • Tech savvy with a strong ability to navigate new systems (various ATS experience and ability to generate reports).
  • Data driven with and understanding of recruiting metrics and experience generating meaningful recruitment related reports.
  • Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices to drive strategic results.
  • Education background in Human Resources Business and/or in a relevant program.
  • Ability to extend flexibility in schedule with multiple time zone requirements.
