Responsible for driving and facilitating Business Process Improvement initiatives analyses and recommendations across stores regions functions and operations. Serves as an internal consultant to the organization working with key leaders and stakeholders to understand business process objectives potential changes challenges and areas in need of assessment / improvement. Reviews and evaluates new or improved business and management practices for application to company programs or operations. Creates business case for proposed process or operational collaboration with leadership develops solutions to organizational issues and concerns develops organizational change strategies and plans and facilitates processes for their implementation. Acts as subject matter expert regarding process improvement analyses and initiatives.

oProvides BPI support across organizational units and/or for large integrated processes or functions.
oWorks throughout the organization to identify change targets with potentially significant business impact; target areas may include:

oWorks on complex business problems that may include multiple functions and/or diverse technologies.
oGathers and documents requirements for initiative design and associated project management.
oProvides leadership to cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle including resource estimation milestone identification team facilitation change management and reporting.
oEnsures business processes are analyzed from multiple aspects including inputs outputs user and customer experience.
oLeads in the identification and analysis of high impact change targets.
oEngages with process owners / stakeholders to develop change recommendations design testing strategies and evaluate effectiveness of recommended approaches.
oSupports process improvement implementation through education training or facilitation as required.
oFollows up to identify successes areas for improvement and lessons learned.
Skills:
oStrong understanding and proven ability to apply standard and some advanced BPI methodologies and tools.
oAdvanced statistics background.
oAdvanced ability to identify and pursue process improvement opportunities based on risk controls customer experience efficiencies and other business-focused factors.
oAssesses how systems and processes impact the effectiveness and efficiency of internal operations.
oCommunicates structured information in a clear concise and organized fashion.
oCollaborates with others to achieve objectives and ensure information flow.

- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
