Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Lead to manage the implementation and technical execution of ServiceNow Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) modules including Risk Management Policy and Compliance Audit Management ThirdParty Risk Management (TPRM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM). This is a handson leadership role requiring deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and the ability to lead a team of developers and work with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and architecture of ServiceNow GRC modules.
- Translate business requirements into secure scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Drive configuration scripting and integration efforts.
- Conduct code reviews ensure best practices and maintain highquality standards.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including risk compliance security audit and IT.
- Lead agile ceremonies (standups planning retros) and manage sprint deliverables.
- Mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide ongoing technical support.
- Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Qualifications :
- 4 years of handson ServiceNow development experience.
- 3 years working with ServiceNow GRC modules.
- Demonstrated experience as a technical lead in GRC implementations.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript Glide APIs Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Proven ability to manage technical teams and complex deployments.
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with data governance and regulatory frameworks.
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Risk and Compliance.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist BCM.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- ITIL v4 Foundation (preferred).
- CRISC or equivalent GRC/security certification (a plus).
