Tasks
Your Mission (Team: Growth & International):
- Be the Hunter & Pioneer: You are the first point of contact for the US market. You identify approach and win over high-impact affiliate partners (bloggers influencers agencies) who share our vision of empathic SEO. You dont just close deals; you start movements.
- Build & Nurture: While your initial focus is on hunting new opportunities you will transition into a Farmer role over time nurturing these relationships into long-term success stories.
- Embrace Trial & Error: You work in an environment that celebrates learning. We prefer a brave experiment that fails over doing nothing at all.
- Freedom to Grow: You have the freedom to develop internally. If you wish you can switch to other areas of responsibility or teams later on.

- Remote-Ready: You are organized self-driven and comfortable working with colleagues across different time zones.
