Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Freelance Recruiter to support us with active sourcing and initial prescreening of candidates. This role is fully remote and ideal for a self-driven recruiter who is comfortable working on a performance-based compensation model. If you enjoy working independently have a strong eye for talent and are confident using modern sourcing tools we would love to hear from you.
Tasks
- Actively source qualified candidates using your own tools and channels
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter or other professional sourcing solutions
- Conduct the first pre-screening call
- Forward qualified profiles to our team
- Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the sourcing process
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent sourcer
- Strong expertise in active sourcing
- Own licensed access to LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other active sourcing channels
- Excellent communication and screening skills
- Structured reliable and able to work fully remotely
- Ability to issue invoices as a freelancer
