Job Summary
.
Oversee Non-EB & EB business lines including Property (Fire Marine Burglary) and other lines of GMC business.
.
To manage Business Development of Health Insurance products planning and implementation of MRIBS business plan to achieve desired sales objective for the assigned region.
.
Responsible for the sales budget across Health / Motor/ Other General Insurance products of sourced through Direct Sales channels.
.
Generate customer leads through various activities.
.
Meet with directly clients and customers
.
Ensure retention of corporate clients through effective liaison and communication.
.
Leverage corporate relationships to drive business closures.
.
Float queries to insurance companies and provide clients with competitive and optimal quotes.
.
Collaborate with insurers clients and surveyors to ensure a smooth claims process.
.
Resolve 100% of client queries and complaints within the stipulated turnaround time.
.
Provide timely and accurate MIS data as per business requirements.
