Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

Handling Demand Planning & Forecasting (long and short term) for India business
Participating in monthly S&OP and support decision making process to obtain consensus to align on one number
Monitor and report the important changes in the forecast for the allocated product assortment and workout risk assessments and mitigation activities
Supply planning and Distribution planning from factory and Mother warehouse to spoke hubs
Issue dispatch plans from Factory and Mother hub
Prepare and align the production forecast with the factory team to ensure timely availability of the stocks.
Working closely with Factory team and oversee the production scheduling to ensure availability
Planning POs to import/Procure the FG and instruments as per forecast estimates
Coordinate with Global and Regional planning team to review and ensure the timely receipt of the planned volume for India business
Handing efficient spare part management and optimization
Periodic review of the Safety stock norms and updating of SAP master data to ensure high service levels
Monitor product expiration dates and shelf lives to reduce wastage or obsolescence
Responsible for working the supply planning and initiating the stock transfers to ensure product availability across all the satellite warehouses by replenishing stock and maintaining optimum stocks considering lead times
Working with sales and Marketing team and drive the consumption of SLOB/ageing Inventory
Contributing and Execution of cross functional Projects

ERP(SAP):

Should have a sound knowledge of working in SAP.
MM Super user responsible for Master Data Governance efficient and reliable data management in SAP
Ensures the application of standard processes and ERP tool for Demand Planning and Forecasting
Automate stock replenishment through ERP systems or other tools to improve operational efficiency.
