Key responsibilities
- Machine operation: Set up and operate CNC turn mill machines to produce parts according to
- technical drawings and specifications.
- Programming and setup: Load raw materials select the correct tools and program or set the
- machine to achieve the desired results.
- Quality control: Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they conform to required quality
- standards and tolerances.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance to keep the machine in good working condition and
- maintain a clean workspace.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues to maintain production efficiency and quality.

- Technical skills: Proficiency in operating CNC turn mill machines including setting up programming
- and operating both turning and milling functions.
- Knowledge of tools: Familiarity with CNC cutting tools measuring instruments gauges and fixtures.
- Programming: Ability to understand and work with CNC programming sometimes with multi-axis
- machines.
- Quality assurance: Knowledge of quality control principles and the ability to perform inspections.
- Safety: A commitment to following safety procedures and using personal protective equipment
