Weresearching for a Lehi-based Senior Product Manager to join our Product Management team so that we can continue toidentifyvalidate and deliver high-impact product solutions that drive meaningful outcomes for our Senior Product Manager will act as a strategic individual contributor shaping product strategy and execution to maximize customer value revenue growth and market impact across our healthcare SaaS portfolio.
HowYoullSpend Your Time
Leadend-to-end product lifecycle management to drive strong commercial performance and customer outcomes
Build andmaintainproduct roadmaps that align short- and long-term business objectives
Define and executedata-driven product strategies that increase customer adoption revenue and margin
Collaboratewith engineering marketing and sales to align teams around a clear product vision and resolve complex cross-functional challenges
Conductadvanced product discovery and user research toidentifyvalidate and refine high-impact product opportunities
Communicateproduct strategy vision and progress to internal and external stakeholders at all levels
What Kind of ThingsWereMost Interested in You Having
5 years of experienceas a Product Manager or similar role within a SaaS environment
Proven successcreating and executing product strategies thatincrease product adoption anddeliver measurable commercial results
In-depth knowledgeof product lifecycle management and agile development practices
Ability to commuteto Lehi UT4 days per week
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively in ambiguous environments
Strong senseof ownership and accountability ensuring initiatives are delivered with quality urgency and measurable impact
Sincere interestinimproving healthcare through innovative technologies including AI
