Location: 100% Remote - Open for candidates in South Africa

Salary Range: $1100 to $2000 Usd Based on Experience
About the RoleAre you a dynamic results-driven individual passionate about the intersection of AI and professional services We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our growth by identifying engaging and nurturing potential clients while helping us expand our reach among legal practitioners and researchers.
Responsibilities
Prospect Generation: Identify and research potential clients and professional firms using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo and similar platforms.
Outbound Outreach: Initiate and maintain outreach efforts through cold calls personalized emails and LinkedIn messaging to build relationships with prospective users.
Qualify Leads: Conduct discovery calls to understand professional needs qualify leads based on our educational and research-focused framework and schedule meetings for the sales team.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities client interactions and prospect details in HubSpot (or Salesforce).
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies with campaigns and company goals regarding AI adoption.
Tech Savviness: Utilize sales engagement tools (e.g. SalesLoft) to streamline communication and track engagement metrics.
Insights Sharing: Provide feedback to the team on lead quality and market reception to AI technology to refine outreach strategies.
Requirements
Experience: 13 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar role preferably in SaaS LegalTech or AI technology.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for crafting compelling professional messages.
Tech Stack Familiarity:
CRM: HubSpot Salesforce or similar.
Prospecting Tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo .
Outreach Platforms: SalesLoft.
Collaboration: Slack Google Workspace (Gmail Docs Sheets).
Driven Personality: Self-motivated goal-oriented and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.
AI Interest: A strong interest in Large Language Models and how technology can improve professional research outcomes is a major plus.
