Job Description: Own the entire sales funnel for building pipeline and closing deals for AI agents with B2C service companies. This founding role involves shaping the sales strategy documenting playbooks and laying the groundwork to scale a high-performing sales team from scratch.

Location: Madrid Spain

What you will do: - Generate and qualify prospects using creative outbound tactics across various channels. - Lead discovery calls demos and negotiations to close deals with early adopters in Spain and Europe. - Document successful sales strategies and lay the groundwork for building and scaling the future sales team.

The ideal candidate: - 2 years of experience in B2B sales or growth roles with a strong bias for action. - Based in Madrid or willing to relocate fluent in Spanish and English (third language a plus). - Possesses an experimental mindset leveraging AI to optimise processes and accelerate results.
