As a Senior Fullstack Engineer you will take products from 0 to 1 working closely with users to deliver high-impact features. You will leverage a modern stack to build intuitive simple experiences for operational users.

What you will do:

- Design and develop end-to-end features using Ruby on Rails React (NextJS) and PostgreSQL.

- Translate complex user problems into simple high-performance solutions with a strong focus on UX.

- Work independently across the full stack to deploy and maintain scalable infrastructure on AWS and Heroku.

The ideal candidate:

- Strong full-stack engineering experience with a product-first mindset and high attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently as a critical thinker who translates user needs into technical solutions.

- Passion for building 0-1 products and leveraging AI to improve operational workflows for end-users.
