GTM Associate

Job Description:
This founding GTM Associate role involves owning the entire sales funnel from pipeline generation to closing deals for innovative AI agents targeting B2C service companies. You will shape the sales strategy document playbooks and establish the foundation to scale a high-performing sales team from the ground up driving significant impact in a greenfield market.

What you will do:
Generate and qualify prospects using creative outbound tactics across various channels.
Lead discovery calls demos and negotiations to close deals with early adopters in Spain and Europe.
Document successful sales strategies and lay the groundwork for building and scaling the future sales team.
The ideal candidate:
2 years of experience in B2B sales or growth roles with a strong bias for action.
Based in Madrid or willing to relocate fluent in Spanish and English (third language a plus).
Possesses an experimental mindset leveraging AI to optimise processes and accelerate results.
