Were currently hiring Product Specialists to join our Castle Mazda team. If you are a motivated customer-focused sales professional who wants to deliver an exceptional buying experience while earning strong income potential join us.
What Youll Do
As a Product Specialist youll be the trusted guide for customers throughout their vehicle-buying journey.
Youll:
- Build genuine connections with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Educate customers on Mazda vehicles features and technology
- Guide buyers through the selection and purchase process
- Follow up after the sale to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
- Work closely with the service team to provide a seamless ownership experience
What Were Looking For
- Prior automotive sales experience preferred (Mazda experience a plus)
- Strong track record of performance and customer satisfaction
- Self-motivated with a driven positive attitude
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Sales Associate: $60K-$100K
Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts
