Our client a leading global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Senior BA / PM for their IRRBB programme in Kraków. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a significant change initiative and help improve their core treasury and risk management functions.

Position Overview

In this role you will be central to a major transformation project. You will either manage the decommissioning of a complex treasury system or lead the migration of key regulatory reports to a new strategic platform. Your work will directly improve the organisations risk management and reporting capabilities ensuring they meet key objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support the decommissioning of a complex Net Interest Income (NII) system.
• Or migrate regulatory reports from EUCs to a strategic treasury platform.
• Gather and document requirements from key business stakeholders.
• Organise work run working groups and maintain a project focus.
• Write clear requirements for IT teams within an Agile framework.
• Manage project information and reporting using Clarity Jira and Confluence.
• Communicate and negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Identify and address project risks and issues proactively.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of IRRBB / Liquidity risk metrics (NII).
• Proven experience delivering large IT-focused change projects.
• Experience in business analysis gathering requirements and Agile methods.
• A background in regulatory change within a capital markets environment.
• Excellent communication influencing and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage plans make decisions and take ownership of work.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a larger team.
