SAP FI/CO with Treasury (TRM) - Senior Manager

Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity

As part of our GDS team youll work on complex global Finance & Treasury transformation programs using the newest S/4HANA capabilities. Youll help clients select the right solutions design futureready Finance/Treasury architectures and drive digital transformation that contributes to EYs purpose of building a better working world.

Your key responsibilities

You will shape the Treasury vision and roadmap for global clients ensuring that S/4HANA Finance and Treasury capabilities translate into measurable business outcomes. Youll act as a Solution/Design Authority across Cash Banking Payments TRM and FI/CO lead delivery across multivendor teams and oversee scope risks quality and program governance.
You will also coach teams build reusable assets support business development and drive continuous improvement postgolive.

To qualify for the role you must have

10 years of SAP FI/CO delivery experience including leadership on global programs
Handson S/4HANA Finance experience with 35 years in Treasury
Strong FI/CO fundamentals (AP/AR/GL/AA Costing Profitability) and endtoend Treasury process expertise:
Cash & Liquidity Banking & Connectivity (SWIFT/EBICS/H2H BCM/BAM) TRM (Money Market FX Derivatives) Risk/Exposure & Hedge Management (IFRS/GAAP)
Solid delivery skills: analysis Fit/Gap configuration functional specs testing cutover data migration training hypercare
Ability to guide custom development and oversee ABAP debugging at a managerial level
Experience in stream leadership and people management
Masters degree in a relevant field; strong Finance background (accounting qualification welcome)
SAP certifications and awareness of the SAP roadmap & industry trends
Readiness to participate in SAP Consulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities.
Hands-on approach to collaborating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new SAP solutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes.
Willingness to report the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations as well as post-implementation review.
Practical hands-on expertise in designing testing and implementing SAP solutions from workshops and pilots to proofofconcepts and deployment of new or improved system features.
Readiness to participate in SAP Consulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities.
Hands-on approach to collaborating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new SAP solutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes.

Analytics and planning tools (AFC/SAC BPC/SAC for Planning)
Deep Treasury handson skills: Cash Management IHC TRM Risk Analyzer Hedge Accounting SWIFT BCM
SAP BTP API/eventbased integration VIM
System integration experience incl. nonSAP bank/market data connectivity
Testing strategy design support setup and postgolive optimization
Presales experience: RFPs estimates solutioning demos thought leadership
