- Perform site surveys verify existing infrastructure and identify potential challenges for new construction
- Develop detailed drawings and specifications for Aviation OSP construction projects using BIM/CAD software. This involves selecting appropriate materials routing cables and designing pathways for the network infrastructure
- Coordination with other engineering teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of the OSP network with other Aviation Projects
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in engineering
- 15 Years Experience in major infrastructure and transportation projects
- A strong understanding of telecommunications principles including fiber optic and copper cable systems conduit systems and relevant construction methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with various stakeholders.
- BICSI certifications (like Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) or Outside Plant Designer (OSP))
- Airfield OSP design experience
- BISCI OSP Certification
