Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager Accounting (Order to Cash & Collections) to lead our Order to Cash Collections and Billing operations. This senior role involves managing a team handling service providers setting clear expectations and ensuring high-quality delivery with attention to detail. The ideal candidate will drive performance optimize processes and leverage advanced analytics tools to support global financial operations to join our Global Bus Svcs ITC -Global Finance Services Division Team.

The preference for this role is to be based out of Whitefield Bangalore office

What you will do

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals across Billing and Collections fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Billing Expertise: Oversee Milestone-Based Billing processes to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing.
  • Collections Oversight: Monitor aging reports drive collection strategies and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.
  • Backup for Collections: Act as a backup for collections activities when required.
  • Cash Applications Oversight: Supervise Cash Application processes delivered by service providers ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Service Provider Management: Oversee third-party service providers ensuring compliance with SLAs and quality standards.
  • Performance Management: Set clear expectations monitor KPIs and deliver results aligned with organizational goals.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for efficiency and implement best practices in Order to Cash and Collections processes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales Finance Operations) to resolve escalations and improve customer experience.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Utilize advanced tools to generate insights and support decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls company policies and GAAP standards.

What you will have

  • Education: Bachelors or masters degree in accounting Finance or related field.
  • Experience: 1215 years in Order to Cash operations including Collections and Billing with proven leadership experience.
