Job Summary

Join our dynamic Graduate Office and play a pivotal role in shaping the postgraduate experience. As a Senior Executive Outreach Admissions & Scholarships you will ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional support to faculty and students across our Master of Science and Continuing Education & Training (CET) programs. Youll be part of a collaborative team gain exposure to diverse aspects of graduate education and contribute to shaping the academic journey of future leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full admissions process: handle applications respond to enquiries coordinate interview logistics and offers.
Enable teaching excellence: provide administrative support for teaching activities including schedules disseminate course materials and ensure resource allocation.
Drive academic coordination: coordinate timetables teaching assignments and keep School website content (course outlines catalogues curriculum programme structure) up to date.
Drive course administration: support Masters and CET programmes each semester including managing two e-learning platforms.
Ensure assessment integrity: assist in Continuous Assessment (CA) and invigilation standardise exam papers manage decentralised exam venues mark entry and ensure accurate assessment records.
Manage specialisation tracks administration: verify and document student submissions for programme requirements.
Support the delivery of major graduate events: Coordinate events such as Postgraduate Award Ceremony Research Day Poster Presentation.
Handle procurement and logistics: raise purchase requests for transport and catering via the Ariba system.
Support internships: manage internship paperwork for postgraduate students.
Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma from recognized University/Polytechnic with minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Institutes of Higher Learning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and under pressure with a meticulous nature.
Good teamwork and initiative to accomplish given tasks timely and accurately.
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
