Job Summary
An established healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing Cardiovascular Services to lead a growing cardiovascular nursing program as part of a rapidly expanding cardiovascular service line.
Key Responsibilities
-
Oversight of CV-ICU Heart Failure and Med/Surg units
-
Leadership of nursing teams and frontline staff
-
Accountability for clinical quality operations and patient outcomes
-
Collaboration with physician and interdisciplinary leadership
Requirements
-
Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
-
Masters Degree in Nursing (completed or in progress within 2 years)
-
Active RN license
-
Leadership experience supporting VAD/LVAD and ECMO programs
-
35 years of clinical nursing experience
-
2 years in a nursing leadership role
Important: VAD/LVAD and ECMO experience must be clearly listed on the resume.
