A growing national healthcare organization is seeking an Interim Head of Recruiting to step in and lead the recruiting function during a critical period of growth and transition. This role requires a hands on recruiting leader who can both drive strategy and personally execute searches while guiding and supporting an existing recruiting team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talent acquisition leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves improving recruiting operations and delivering results quickly in a fast paced environment.

This role is ideal for an experienced talent acquisition leader who thrives in interim or fractional environments enjoys building momentum quickly and can provide both leadership and hands on recruiting expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a small internal recruiting team
Provide day to day leadership coaching and accountability for recruiting performance
Personally manage and execute executive and hard to fill searches
Partner with senior leadership to align recruiting priorities with organizational needs
Evaluate and optimize recruiting workflows tools and systems
Ensure the talent acquisition function is operating efficiently and delivering high quality candidates
Monitor recruiting metrics and drive improvements in hiring outcomes
Support recruiting process improvements and best practices
Ideal Experience
Significant dedicated experience as a recruiter with a strong track record of full cycle recruiting
Experience leading or managing a recruiting team (even small teams of 45 recruiters)
Proven experience conducting executive level searches
Hands on experience working with and optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems and TA technology
Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast moving environment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in healthcare or highly regulated industries is a plus
