Position Overview: As a Hostess at Msuez Uk you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service managing reservations and coordinating seating arrangements. Your main goal will be to ensure that guests have an enjoyable and comfortable dining experience. Key Responsibilities: - Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude upon arrival - Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized hostess station - Provide guests with menus and assist with any questions or special requests - Monitor the flow of guests and communicate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely service - Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner - Assist with taking orders and delivering food and beverages if needed - Maintain knowledge of menu items specials and promotions - Upsell menu items and promote special events or offers - Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately - Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for guests Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer service role preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends - Knowledge of basic math and cash handling - Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus - Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time - Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds Join Our Team: At Msuez Uk we value our employees and provide opportunities for growth and development.
