Job Summary
Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting a Seasonal Spa Hostess for a luxury hotel in Tokai Western Cape. This is an exciting opportunity for a friendly and organised individual to support spa operations during a busy seasonal period.
Role Overview
The Seasonal Spa Hostess will ensure smooth daily spa operations provide excellent guest service and support therapists and management in delivering a high-quality spa experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs at the spa
Maintain a clean safe and welcoming spa environment
Assist therapists with preparation and guest needs
Manage bookings appointments and treatment schedules
Provide information on spa treatments and products
Support the spa team in administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality or spa reception/guest services advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional friendly and client-focused approach
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Strong organisational and time-management skills
