Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Associate & Hostess to join a dynamic coworking space in Cape Town. This customer-facing role combines reception duties with hospitality ensuring all members guests and event attendees feel welcome and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet members guests and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanour
Handle check-ins/check-outs calls emails and inquiries
Assist with workspace bookings meeting rooms and event setup
Support event coordination workshops and community initiatives
Maintain tidy and organised front desk shared spaces and office supplies
Monitor security and access to the workspace
Act as custodian of the member platform and internal communication
Requirements:
Strong customer service skills with a hospitality mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to multitask and stay organised
Tech-savvy: Microsoft Office Google Suite and booking platforms
Professional appearance and demeanour
Experience in hospitality customer service or coworking environments preferred
Event coordination experience advantageous
Package:
Salary: R15000 R20000 per month (negotiable DOE)
Flexible hours including weekends and evenings depending on events
