Customer Experience & Support Night Shift (English-Speaking)
As a Customer Care Expert youll be the friendly voice our customers trust when they need support. Youll handle questions resolve issues and share product knowledgeall while contributing to an outstanding customer journey. Key Responsibilities Night Shift Customer Service Representative
- Provide high-quality empathetic support to Marley Spoon customers via phone email and chatin English during overnight hours.
- Listen to customer needs resolve concerns and deliver solutions quickly and efficiently.
- Guide customers through our products services and policies with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Document interactions and escalate issues using our customer care systems.
- Collaborate with teammates and leaders to flag trends share feedback and improve the overall customer experience.
- Represent Marley Spoon values maintaining professionalism and courtesy across every touchpoint.
About You English-Speaking Night Support Specialist
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)additional languages are a plus.
- Comfortable working night shifts with flexible availability (including weekends and public holidays as needed).
- Customer-focused attitudeproactive patient and ready to help.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; you build trust and calm in every conversation.
- A problem-solver with resilience and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Experience in customer service hospitality call center or similar support roles preferred but not requiredwell provide full training.
- Tech-savvy and able to navigate CRM tools and communication platforms.
