What Youll Be Doing
- Lead the Way: Drive engagement and results with your team of 2050 legends.
- Own the Ops: Handle rostering recruitment stock and compliance with support from your Area Manager.
- Grow Your Team: Help your team thrive with check-ins performance reviews and development plans.
- Keep the Numbers in Check: Manage profit & loss budgets and KPIs to keep the Restaurant running smoothly.
- Champion your Community: Run our Local Matters program to support and engage local groups.
