The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.
it is responsible for planning organizing and supervising the daily operations of food and beverage services (restaurants bars banquets) to ensure customer satisfaction managing staff inventory budgets menus quality and compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations being key in the logistics and diner experience.
* Essential experience in the hotel industry
* Advanced English
* Minimum 2 years in the position
* Must live in Mexico City
* Knowledge of the Marriott brand
