Job Summary

Senior Business Analyst-State Project
Position - Contract - Remote - Need Austin-Texas Residents Only
Required Skills:

A bachelors degree from a four-year college or university with major coursework in business communications computer science computer information systems management information systems or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
10 years experience in business analysis including requirements elicitation analysis validation and documentation.
10 years experience with project management frameworks supporting large-scale IT initiatives.
10 years experience working with large-scale IT operations and understanding information technology industry trends.
10 years experience defining functional non-functional system and regulatory requirements.
10 years experience producing clear complete and actionable requirements documentation.
10 years experience ensuring accuracy in documenting system functionality and regulatory requirements.
10 years experience collaborating with stakeholders at all organizational levels including negotiating requirements and resolving conflicts.

Preferred Skills:

8 years experience demonstrating strong interpersonal negotiation and conflict-resolution skills across multiple stakeholder groups.
8 years experience or working knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and advanced security models.
Minimum 5 years experience working with government regulations policies or compliance frameworks.
Minimum 5 years experience supporting or performing project management activities.
Minimum 5 years experience leading a team or workgroup.
Minimum 5 years experience interpreting policies and translating regulatory requirements into system requirements.
Minimum 5 years experience using requirements elicitation techniques including reviewing current MIS functionality and documenting future-state requirements.
Minimum 2 years experience gathering management information system (MIS) requirements for a large organization.
Minimum 2 years experience creating or supporting solicitation documents or contract requirements.
Preferred certifications: PMI-PBA or IIBA CBAP.
