Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-drivenSupply Chain Leaderto oversee and optimize the full spectrum of supply chain operations at our Taiwan market. This role is responsible for End to End SC management including plant operations warehouse & logistics planning procurement and customer service to support business growth.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a low-asset high-flexibility environment delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service through lean operations and a continuous improvement mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall End-to-End supply chain operations including safety quality production maintenance warehouse & logistics planning procurement and customer service.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective supply of products safely in alignment with annual budget and business targets.
- Drive operational excellence through TPM continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Maintain high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction while optimizing inventory and capital equipment usage.
- Foster a culture of frugality agility and accountability across the supply chain organization.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure transparency and performance tracking.
- Work closely with commercial teams on product supply and new product introduction.
- Collaborate with regional teams to align local execution with broader supply chain strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in supply chain management Engineering Chemistry.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain or operations leadership preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex supply chain functions and driving performance improvements.
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with TPM continuous improvement and quality systems.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
