Job Description
強化安永與高資產人士及企業家族成員關係協助客戶進行家族傳承股權設計租稅管理及集團架構及營運模式調整以因應現今產業快速變化之衝擊主要服務包含:
1.提供高資產人士及家族有關個人或企業之資產移轉(例如 股權不動產)投資活動所需稅務法律地政等相關諮詢服務
2.提供家族因應未來二代接班傳承規劃所需稅務法律等相關諮詢服務並協助透過各式工具的執行例如: 閉鎖性公司信託贈與等規劃達到客戶所欲之租稅管理及傳承規劃目標
3.提供家族企業IPO投資併購及組織架構調整活動所涉及之稅務工商法律等相關諮詢服務
4.協助高資產人士及家族企業因多重稅務居民身份與 國外配合機構進行稅務諮詢以降低跨國租稅風險及多重租稅負擔
5.協助及參與全球所內規劃之行銷活動包含課程講座論壇刊物調查及影音作品推廣活動
6.領導團隊業務運作順暢
Job Conditions
1. 有四大稅務/審計服務或理財諮詢經驗者尤佳
2. 國外內商學系所畢個性積極對稅務諮詢服務具熱忱者
3. 英語具TOEIC 850以上或同等標準以上尤佳
4. 具有會計師或其他相關證照(信託保險股務記帳士等)尤佳
