Job Summary
PT needed for multi-modality position (home health outpatient acute). Will work at area facilities (all within 60 mile radius including home health visits). Shift is M-F days preferably 8hrs but may consider 4X10. Should have strong general experience including some post-op sports injury both outpatient and inpatient experience Must have outpatient interview and offer. ASAP start datesBill rate is all inclusive
