Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled System Analyst to support enhancements and fixes for a Medicaid Care Management Solution. This role involves collaborating with business teams and technical staff to address system requirements focusing on Medicaid system components and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze system requirements and provide technical solutions.
Develop ETL processes and create logical and physical data models.
Facilitate data interfaces between various modules and external partners.
Use Agile methodologies to manage project tasks and track assignments.
Collaborate with development teams utilizing Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Technical Skills:

10 years of Systems Analysis experience
Strong knowledge of Medicaid system components
Proficient in SQL PL/SQL MongoDB and Oracle DB
5 years of experience with ETL tools and database design
Familiarity with Agile practices and CI/CD concepts
