Title: Training Administrator / Coordinator
Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Location: Wichita KS 67213
Duration: 21 Months with Possibilities of Extension
Shift: 1st Shift (Overtime Possible)
Core Purpose of the Role
Supports training operations by handling technical administrative and coordination tasks related to:
Web-based learning systems (LMS)
IT systems software and hardware
Training program coordination and logistics
Interaction with internal teams customers and external partners
Handling proprietary and confidential company information
Key Responsibilities
Training & LMS Support
Support web-based learning systems and LMS administration
Monitor LMS transactions and reconcile revenues/expenses
Execute charge-back methods for training users
Provide Tier 2 support to channel partners customers and field personnel
Administrative & Coordination
Prepare and manage Microsoft documents databases and reports
Create and maintain document management systems
Schedule training classes (R4 US & Canada CDIP)
Manage shared training mailbox and SharePoint scheduling forms
Handle invoicing purchase orders budgets and suppliers
Assist with shipping catering deliveries and facility services
Training Operations & Marketing Support
Assist instructors and managers with training communications and materials
Analyze class rosters and assist with filling classes (telemarketing support)
Generate reports for leadership decision-making
Support development and delivery of training when needed
Asset & Relationship Management
Manage Training Center assets (including company vehicles)
Serve as liaison between customers suppliers and internal departments
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders
Skills & Competencies Required
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Advanced computer and Microsoft Office skills
Planning organizing and action planning abilities
Numerical and reporting skills
Knowledge of policies procedures and compliance standards
Education & Experience
Education: Upper Secondary School (Minimum)
Experience Level:
o Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised
o Typically 13 months to 3 years of relevant experience
o Prior Office Coordinator or Training Coordinator experience preferred
