About

We are seeking an experienced Information Systems (ISD) Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight for Infor Lawson applications. This role focuses on maintaining system stability managing application teams and ensuring uninterrupted service while the organisation transitions to Oracle ERP.

Required

Proven experience as an ISD Manager or similar IT leadership role
Strong hands-on experience with Infor Lawson especially Finance and Supply Chain modules
Experience managing application support teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to manage day-to-day operations incidents and mini-projects
Strong coordination skills with IT teams and business users
Experience handling multiple applications in a fast-changing environment

Key Responsibilities Include:

Oversee daily operations of Lawson Finance and Supply Chain applications
Manage a team of 14 (with 50% allocated to project work)
Handle incidents work orders and mini-projects
Coordinate with IT and business teams for issue resolution
Ensure operational readiness and proper resource allocation
Shadow the current manager to ensure smooth knowledge transfer
Maintain system stability (keep the lights on) during Oracle ERP implementation
Support integrated systems including Warehouse Management Pyxis and Just-in-Time Ordering

Preferred

Experience with Lawson HR and Payroll modules
Familiarity with integrated systems such as Warehouse Management Pyxis and Just-in-Time Ordering
