The Gold Loans Manager will be responsible for driving business development portfolio growth and profitability of the Gold Loan business in the assigned region. This role demands strong sales leadership strict portfolio discipline zero tolerance for delinquency and aggressive market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and sales growth for Gold Loans in the assigned region.
- Manage portfolio quality profitability and renewals with zero delinquency.
- Lead deploy and monitor sales teams to achieve budgeted targets.
- Develop new sourcing channels and distribution networks.
- Increase retail penetration and market share.
- Conduct regular performance and productivity reviews.
- Implement promotional strategies and sales campaigns.
- Coordinate with Operations and Risk teams for process efficiency and compliance.
- Identify training needs and market trends; provide feedback to senior management.
